Chad Connelly, a seasoned professional with decades of experience, has served in the public and private sectors. His extensive 27-year tenure in public service is a testament to his unwavering commitment. Since 2017, he has been a key instructor and facilitator for Staff & Command programs. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Michigan State University, leading both graduate and undergraduate courses. These roles have honed his leadership and instruction skills and allowed him to learn from numerous public service executives and leaders from around the Midwest.
As the Section Commander for Leadership Development of a 3000-person organization, he not only leads but also regularly speaks and instructs on leadership and related topics, further extending his influence and sharing his expertise.
