ENDORSEMENTS

If there is one lesson that law enforcement leadership has been taught recently it would be the necessity of establishing a training model that is reflective of contemporary best practices in core operational and administrative subject areas. When that commitment is made, the challenge then becomes locating appropriate training opportunities, assuring that they are content appropriate and most importantly that they are delivered in a fashion that will be both beneficial as well as retained by officers receiving the training. In my personal quest for this formula, I have had the good fortune to locate and utilize Peak Leadership.

Lead instructor Chad Connelly brings the requisite yet unique combination of operational experience and advanced instructional credentials to the “training table.” I have personally witnessed his very individualized, enthusiastic, and appropriately humorous presentation style noticeably engage the toughest and most critical audiences there is- operational law enforcement personnel.

It is extremely rare for me to offer an unconditional endorsement and recommendation, but I can say with full confidence that utilizing Peak Leadership is an administrative decision that will accomplish your critical training objectives like few others I have seen.
